Suvidha Sewa takes responsibility for recruitment, human resources management, payroll & benefits, statutory compliance which streamlines the entire hiring, tracking and retention process of staff.

What are the candidate selection criteria & requisites?

All clerical & non-clerical employees shall be screened through personal interview and clerical employees shall be screened through written and computer test as well. All employees of Suvidha Sewa must fill up employee verification form, give references of two people. All employees of Suvidha Sewa must submit original certificate of academics or citizenship during the course of employment.

What would be the working hours and holiday scheme for contractual staffs?

The working hours and holiday scheme for contractual staffs would be as per the policy of client.

What will be the consequences if I don't like the performance of the employee or the assigned employee quits during contract period/trial period?

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the employee or if the assigned employee quits due to reason what so ever, we will find a replacement. No further charge or obligation shall be imposed to the client for any replacement.
